BLACK Esports Tournament App respects your privacy and gives you full control over your account and data.

How to request account deletion

To delete your BLACK Esports Tournament App account and associated data, please follow these steps:

1. Send an email to blackesports24.7@gmail.com

2. Use the subject line: “Delete My Black Esports Account”

3. Send the email from the same Google account used to sign in to the app

Our team will verify your request and process it within 7 working days.

What data will be deleted

Once your request is processed, the following data will be permanently deleted:

• User account (Firebase UID)

• Email address

• Profile information (name, game name)

• Cards, coins, trophies

• Match history and participation records

• Referral and coupon data

• FCM token and notification data

Data retention

• We do not retain personal user data after deletion

• Anonymous or aggregated analytics data (non-identifiable) may be retained for app improvement
