BLACK Esports Tournament App

By using the BLACK Esports Tournament App, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please stop using the app.

1. About Black Esports Tournament App

Black Esports is a practice tournament platform where players compete with real opponents to gain experience, coins, and in-app rewards.

This app does not offer gambling or cash betting.

2. Account Rules

  • Users must log in using Google Sign-In

  • One account per user is allowed

  • Users are responsible for their account activity

  • Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited

3. Supported Game

  • Free Fire

4. Tournaments

  • Tournament rules are shown inside each event

  • Room ID & password are shared before match start

  • Players must join on time

  • Late or absent players may be disqualified

5. Entry Fees & Refunds

  • Some tournaments may require coins

  • No refunds after joining a tournament

  • Coins used are non-recoverable

6. Rewards

  • Rewards include game coins and cards

  • Rewards are for fun and practice only

  • Rewards cannot be exchanged for real money

  • Rewards cannot be transferred between accounts

7. Advertisements

  • The app displays Unity Ads

  • Watching ads may reward users with cards or coins

  • Ads are optional and user-controlled

  • Unity Ads – Privacy Policy

8. Fair Play & Cheating Policy

The following are strictly prohibited:

  • Hacking or cheating tools

  • Exploiting bugs or loopholes

  • Using emulators or modified apps

  • Creating multiple accounts

Penalty:

  • Permanent account ban

  • Reward removal

  • Tournament disqualification

9. Account Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts without notice if:

  • Rules are violated

  • Fraud or abuse is detected

  • Required by law

No compensation will be provided for banned accounts.

10. Limitation of Liability

Black Esports is not responsible for:

  • Internet or device issues

  • Player performance

  • Loss of coins due to rule violations

  • App downtime or maintenance

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.
Continued use of the app means acceptance of changes.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
